1) Complete both sides - ensuring that all areas are complete. Incomplete areas may delay the processing of your application or cause the application to be denied.

2) Make sure all adults who will be living in the apartment are listed on the application as an "applicant"

3) Include all of the income for everyone in the apartment to ensure that you qualify for the apartment

4) Sign and date the back of the application

5) If you can be contacted by email, please include your email address on the application

6) Add the address of the apartment you are interested in applying for

7) Add the name of the rental agent you are working with

8) Fax it back to Zona Properties, Inc (Fax no. 585-506-9432)

Applications take approximately 3-4 days to process

Please allow that much time and then call your Rental Agent to see if you have been approved for the apartment.
